# Provider scorecard: compare up to three care providers

After the tours, details blur. Rate each provider on the same questions, then let the totals and red flags speak.

**2 minute read** Updated October 9, 2026Written by the Senior Choice Care team

In short

The provider scorecard lets you rate up to three care providers on the same twelve questions: license and inspections, staffing, care planning, communication, cleanliness, costs and fit. Choose Yes, Not sure or No for each. The scorecard adds up totals and counts red flags so you can compare side by side, then print it.
